A blog was born.

Post One.

I've been toying with the idea of blogging again. I used to blog several years ago, but ran out of time (or interest) somewhere along the way. I all the time find myself thinking, "that would make a great blog post," after something crazy happens to me or whenever I've heard something particularly inspiring.

Problem? I've had no blog to blog about it on!

Solution? Create a blog...specifically, this blog.

It took me forever to pick a name. I tried to go for something inspiring and catchy. You know, one of those blog names you read and think, "Why didn't I think of that?" or something that says, "That lady really has her stuff together." But it seemed like everything ingenious that I thought of...had already been thought of by someone else. In a moment of clarity, it hit me. I don't have my stuff together. Like Ever. And usually I don't have anything Earth shattering to share. I'm just a normal, everyday person with normal, everyday stuff to talk about. You know, kids, work, the hubs, my faith, soccer, gymnastics, reality tv, lipstick, and the like. I'm the crazy lady at the grocery store that's looking deep into her kids eyes and whisper yelling that if they don't quickly remove that box of Fruit Loops from the buggy and place it back onto the shelf, I'm going to drop-kick it over to aisle seven. Yep, I'm the crazy lady on aisle six.

And so, a blog was born.
